James Street Armoury

Interior Restoration

About Project

The restoration of the Armoury facilities demanded historic elements be protected and replacement of specific components to the exact same location. This required numbering many similar pieces of an item in order to place them back in their original positions after restoration of each piece was completed as was required with the staircase. The building remained in use as work proceeded and all efforts focused on maintaining the historic value of the building and its contents.
